Our services include property management, maintenance and renting out services. We rely on the revenues and earnings generated by offering these services to our target customers.

We are committed to enhancing our services and offered solutions while eliminating the aspects of modern slavery and forced labour in our business, carrying out our relationships with customers and letting agents ethically.

Due diligence:

We expect our representatives and collaborating agents to abide by the policies and work by the code of conduct with diligence. This includes the letting agencies and individual agents we work with for improving our reach and expanding our offerings. Prestige Guaranteed Rentals is responsible for evaluating the information submitted and provided by the agents.

Training:

Our consultation teams and staff members are provided with comprehensive guidance on the Modern Slavery Act. Our teams and collaborating agents and agencies are required to participate in the Ethical Training Initiative. We also present our staff with guidelines documents to give them a clear idea about our policies.
