Our main service is the above guaranteed rental service, however we are aware that some landlords prefer the direct involvement of the letting of their properties. Therefore we cater for your needs too and also provide a letting and management service at a monthly fee of 10% of your monthly rental figure. We market your property extensively, we then find you the perfect tenant, run them through referencing, present everything to you, and draw up the required agreements between you and the tenant. We then manage your property fully for you and you will benefit from our knowledgeable team of property managers at hand for you, that will be there 24/7 managing your hard earned asset to a very high standard. For this service, we charge a fee of 10% for our management service. We do not hold tenancy deposits.

We also understand that some landlords prefer to manage their own property and own tenants and simply would like to use our tenant finding service. With this service we simply do all the pre elements of letting out your property i.e. Advertise your available property extensively to ensure we find you the best tenant in the quickest possible time frame, referencing, drawing up the initial agreements between you and the tenant, and we let you get on with managing your property and tenant. Again we do not hold tenancy deposits, and you as the landlord will be fully responsible for collecting and holding as well as complying with deposit protection laws.
